Step 2: New Client Intake Form
Please download and fill out the following new client intake form prior to arrival and we’ll review them together during your first appointment.
Step 3: Evaluation & Therapy
Following the initial intake, we may recommend an Occupational or Speech Therapy Assessment for your child. If additional sessions are recommended following the assessment, the frequency and duration of the therapy sessions are determined based on the individual needs of your child. Parent participation is an essential part of the therapy process. We dedicate part of each session to working with parents and educators to incorporate therapeutic interventions into all aspects of the client’s life.
Step 4: Billing & Payment
Engage Therapy Center accepts and processes payments through a variety of insurance providers, scholarships, and private pay.
